Found what I believe to be a pretty decent condition BA online (2nd hand). Looking for some advice.
Its a nookie river monster rescue BA, good size for me, taken care of.
1. Should I buy a BA? 2. Anyone know if this BA is actually any good? 3. The guy has asked me to make an offer if interested, how much you think one of these (good condition) is worth - bearing in mind I have to also get it posted from England-shire?
Cheers for the help moos

Yes, you should get a BA as IT IS GOOD TO HAVE YOUR OWN KIT! Not had much experience with the nookie stuff apart from a spraydeck and a Ti vest. Check on line for reviews. How much is he wanting for it and how much do you have to spend?

Cheers boss, shall do! He's open to offers really, hasnt actually mentioned how much he wants. You can get a brand new Rivermonster for about £110, but Im not looking to pay anything near that. Maybe like £60 at most incl postage, but maybe thats being a bit unreasonable?

I have a Nookie RU50. It has a pocket to put things in, a handy knife holder for self defence, a harness in case I need dragged about and it also helps me float. I love it. But yeah, it's 5 years old and still going strong. Still floats too.
As for being second hand, just make sure it still floats. That's quite an important task for a BA. How old is it?
