Hi folks, So as part of our 'club-mark accreditation" (a new SU scheme) we are being asked to consider selecting a charity for which we can do some fundraising for throughout the year. Benefits for us: - Any fundraising events we organise, we can potentially use a portion of the funds for the club and the rest for this charity
- Having a better clubmark standard increases our popularity with the SU and gives us leverage in terms of buses, coaching and lots of other SU perks...[
So... Can you please make some suggestions below as to what charity we could support for this year, then we will have a poll to select one. Ideas should preferably include something maybe on a more local scale and sport themed? But its mainly upto your imagination. And before you ask, the "New Clothes for Oban Fund" does not qualify Ta x

Yeah I looked into them before for another thing I do outside of UUUUUNAAAAAYYY, could be a good match for us. Would people prefer supporting Tayside Mountain Rescue or its mother group Mountain Rescue Scotland?
